Notes

There is the possibilty to display collectibles such as Dragon Priest Masks, Dragon Claws and so on in the main house.

The estate is located west of Riverwood and is marked on the map. In order to get the key for the house, read the note at the door. This will start the quest. The key for the second home can be obtained from Wendy after starting the mini quest when approaching the sewers.

Both houses are fully Hearthfire compatible, which means your whole family can move in, but you need to install the mod Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions for this to work, which is optional. After installing it, cast the new spell "Bless Home" in one of the player homes. If you don't want your family to move in, you don't need to install that optional mod. Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions can be downloaded from Nexusmods.

Trivia

Although the mod and the description of the estate refer to a manor all the time, it may be not correct for some people. This is because the author of the mod had been unsure at first how to correctly translate the German word "Gut" ("Landgut"). Consider it as another Easter egg alluding to the big house mods out there.

The pictures on the walls refer to some computer games and famous paintings.
